Here at 951 Brooks Lane, street parking is a breeze, but my area is also easily walkable and commuter friendly. Visit the nearby local shops and eateries such as Park Cafe, Charmington's, Four Brothers, Dove Cote, and Ground & Griddled. Catch dinner and a movie (together!) in the chic CineBistro theater at the beautiful Rotunda shopping center. (Seriously, the Rotunda has something for everyone!) When groceries need replenishing, stock up on necessities at Safeway, Giant, and Mom's Organic Market -- all within a 2-mile radius. If Brain Fuel is what you crave, Hopkins and University of Baltimore are conveniently close. You can fuel your artistic side with visits to the Lyric Opera House, Baltimore Symphony at the Meyerhoff, a stroll around Penn North, or classes at MICA. The annual ArtScape street fair is a must! Speaking of Artistic, have you checked out my paint job? I have more character than you will find in just about any other home. I understand it may not suit everyone's taste, and that is okay, too. If you need a more neutral palette, I will gladly accept some fresh paint. Besides, it tickles my walls! I have great bones and a large 2-level floor plan in a corner unit of this historic brick building. The residents here work together in maintaining the building~s charm and order. When you enter, you will see the stairs act as a nice dividing element between my living room and porch on your right, while the half-bath, kitchen, and laundry are on your left. If you take off your shoes, you will feel the plush carpet under your feet. To the left of the stairs is the beautiful master suite with its own private bathroom and plenty of space for an additional seating area near the far window. My previous owner has loved me for over a decade, but it is time to pass the torch you. I just know we are going to have some great times together. So, bring your boxes, love, and laughter. And when you need a break from unpacking, grab a book and nice beverage, and get some air and relaxation on my covered porch.
