Valerie Francies is a licensed Realtor and Real Estate Consultant who has been serving the DC Metro Area since 2004. Working with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants, Seniors, Investors, Developers, Probate & Estate Sales, Short Sales, Pre-Foreclosures, Bankruptcy, and Divorces, Valerie is committed to delivering Excellent Service with Outstanding Results.

Valerie has a strong technical background with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and a successful career in the IT industry. She also possesses exemplary analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work constructively with people of diverse backgrounds. Valerie is known to be a strategic, creative and out of the box thinker.


Personal:

Valerie is a native Washingtonian who is active in her community and her church, and she is a Life-Member of the Penn State Alumni Association. When Valerie is not working you can find her enjoying time with her family and friends, volunteering with a few local non-profits and traveling. Valerie enjoys staying physically active, so you may find her at an area boot camp, working out with a trainer, jumping Double Dutch, see her running through the city, or find her somewhere dancing.

Valerie also enjoys being an entrepreneur and business owner with the Traci Lynn brand, which consists of Jewelz by Traci Lynn and Traci Lynn Skin & Beauty.
